Shannon Kellam, head Chef and Owner of Lumiere Events and Culinary School, will share his experience, attention to detail and his love and passion for food during a 2 hour demonstration held in the Miele Experience Centre. Guests will be greeted with canapés and sparkling wine on arrival before Shannon takes them through a delicious menu.
