We have all found ourselves with an abundance of fresh produce from time to time, especially during peak seasonality. In our Zero Waste Cooking Class, our Culinary Experts will share the fundamentals for sustainable cooking, including tips and tricks on how to best utilise left-over ingredients with Miele’s special applications such as drying, bottling and preserving. From flavourful fritters through to pickled fruits and vegetables, learn how to repurpose your ingredients with confidence.
We are delighted to advise that all proceeds from Miele’s Zero Waste Cooking Series will be donated to Greenfleet. Greenfleet is an environmental not-for-profit that has been running for over 25 years, planting native biodiverse forests in Australia and New Zealand to restore critical ecosystems and capture carbon emissions. Their forests are legally protected, absorb carbon from the atmosphere, improve soil and water quality, and provide vital habitat for native wildlife.
